Combining hard work and creativity, Marco A. Leyte-Vidal dedicates his practice to people who need a voice.
Leyte-Vidal attended the University of Florida where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in political science. He subsequently attended the Florida International University (FIU) College of Law, and graduated in May of 2010. While at FIU law, Leyte-Vidal worked as an editor for the FIU Law Review and received a dean’s list award. He recently joined the FIU College of Law Dean's Circle.
Due to his experience with the judiciary, Leyte-Vidal hones a unique perspective to the practice of law. During his second and third year of law school, he served as a student law clerk to federal district court judge, Honorable Judge Jose E. Martinez. This background supplied Leyte-Vidal with the knowledge and insight necessary to effectively fight for clients in and out of the courthouse.
Leyte-Vidal comes to Gamba & Lombana after one year of practice at a civil litigation firm, where he zealously advocated homeowners negatively affected by the housing market, corporations, and business owners.
Leyte-Vidal is a member of the Coral Gables Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association.
