The affiliation will provide our clients with access to the counsel and capabilities of two very highly experienced attorneys in commercial litigation, insurance disputes and appellate matters.

Billbrough & Marks has already been instrumental in its assistance to Gamba & Lombana, including in the firm's recent case of Michael v. Medical Staffing Network in which the Third District Court of Appeal disapproved of procedural defenses that had previously enabled defendants to have cases dismissed on the basis of pre-filing technicalities.
