The firm's Tomas F. Gamba was recently elected president of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). This well respected national organization considers the preservation of the civil jury trial as its primary goal. It helps attorneys to maintain high standards of trial advocacy and educates the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment.

Membership in the organization is by invitation only and equally divided between plaintiff and defense attorneys. The Miami-Dade Chapter has 115 members representing many of the most highly regarded civil trial lawyers in our community.
